Refund Policy

We do not encourage or entertain any refund on goods or products, since each product is quality-checked before dispatch. We may, however, at our discretion, allow the replacement of goods or products, only if you have received them in a damaged condition or they have a manufacturing or printing defect.

Return Policy

We do not encourage or entertain the return of goods or products as per our Refund Policy.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of books (physical or digital) or merchandise, irrespective of sizing issues.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the prevalent return conditions at our sole discretion.

Replacement Policy

We will replace the goods or products only if they reach you in a damaged condition or have a manufacturing or printing defect. We will not entertain 'quality' issues, as it is very subjective.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that the goods were purchased in the last seven days and are in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should first reach us at info@whtever.in & we shall guide you regarding the same.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. You will only be eligible to ask for a replacement & not a refund.
